This is to inform you that, Victoria Premium-King/Queen, Deluxe, Royal and Superior-Heritage rooms are located in different buildings. But in the same compound.

CHECK AVAILABILITY

NORMAL CANCELLATION BOOKING

Check-in and Check-out

  1. Check-in: 9:00AM, Check-out: 7:00AM
  2. Photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID Only) of all members checking in has to be mandatorily furnished at the time of Check-in.
  3. Copy of the booking must be produced at the time of Check-in.

Payment Policy

Full Payment: All reservations made must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Changes to the Booking

No changes can be made to the booking after the booking has been successfully made. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the name of the occupants, dates for which the booking is made.

Non-transferability

Any booking made is strictly non-transferable.

Allotment of Room

The category of room booked is confirmed, however the room number will only be allotted at the time of check-in. Any special requests made for the room (including but not limited to the floor, the size, the view) will be processed on the date of the check-in based on the availability and there is no guarantee extended for the same.

Communication

All communications will be made to and replied to only when received from the registered e-mail ID as provided at the time of booking.

Pets

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We regret to inform you that we are not a pet-friendly hotel.


Cancellation

  1. For booking cancellation can only be done manually, please send an email to: (reservations@victoriaclubhotel.com | victoria.puri@gmail.com ) and the amount shall be refunded to the customers account as per the refund policy of the hotel maximum within 10-14 business days of the date of cancellation request.
  2. There will be no entertaining of cancellation request or refund if the same is made nine (9) days prior to the date when the intended stay commences.
  3. There will be a 50% refund of the booking amount when a cancellation request is made between ten (10) – nineteen (19) days prior to the date when the intended stay commences.
  4. There will be a 75% refund of the booking amount when a cancellation request is made more than nineteen (19) days prior to the date when the intended stay commences.

No Show

The booking will be automatically cancelled if there is no-show and failure to occupy the room within twelve (12) hours from 9:00AM. There will be no refund of the booking amount paid in the case of a no-show. All late check-ins must be communicated to the hotel management on the day prior to the date when the intended stay commences by 8:30PM.

Dispute

Any and all disputes arising from the stay, the booking, etc. will be subject to the jurisdiction of Puri, Odisha only.

Refunds

All refunds will be made to the source account where the original booking was made from and shall be processed within 10-14 business days.
